Return & Refund Policy — Blank Expression

Return Time Frame
14-Day Limit: Customers have a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. After this 14-day period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is also required.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your parcel. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Completely Unworn: Items must be in brand-new condition with no signs of wear, creasing, scuffing, marks, or damage.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, including branded boxes, dust bags, wrapping, and accessories, must be included and undamaged.
  • Tags Attached: All original tags must remain attached and untampered with.

If any of these conditions are not met, the return may be rejected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective,
  • damaged,
  • or you received the wrong item.

We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • the product shows signs of wear or use,
  • original tags have been removed or are missing,
  • the item is returned without its original packaging,
  • or any packaging components are damaged or missing.

Final Sale Items

Please note that the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Limited edition products
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Sale or discounted items

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for approval and place a new order separately for the desired product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds reflect in your account.
